REFUNDS and RETURNS You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return will be processed ONLY in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Fall Pico completed sarees will not be eligible for a return. Silver filigree items cannot be returned for exchange/refund. REPLACEMENT ONLY POLICY Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more. Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible. RETURN SHIPPING THE CUSTOMER MUST SELF-RETURN THE PRODUCTS THROUGH A SAFE COURIER OR SPEED POST. It is a mark of authentic handloom. There will be slight colour variation due to the use of digital medium for photography and showcasing of the product. But we strive to provide you the closest shade as seen in the picture. The slight imperfections in the weave are not considered as damage as these imperfections actually make every product unique and a piece of luxury for you to cherish.
