All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.
We take extra precaution and personally curate and double check the product before shipping the saree. In case of a defect found in the product , please refer to our return and replacement policy
We do not offer any refunds as all of our products are painstakingly designed and curated by us.
We don’t offer exchanges. So, we request you to go through the product details completely and contact us for any queries before placing the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks in general. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will also be in touch with you to inform you once your order has been dispatched.
In case of any exceptions, we will be in touch with you on WhatsApp and communicate about the revised timeline.
Orders made for custom made sarees will take longer. Timelines for custom made sarees have been provided on individual saree posts.

We use DHL as our international logistics carrier and Blue Dart for domestic shipping within India.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.
Yes. We do customize specific products. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there or contact us directly for the same.
All of our handloom products are completely hand woven by the skilled weavers of Odisha. We do not sell or promote power loom materials on our website.
Our founders Lidi and Sambit are based in Melbourne, Australia. The team is based in Odisha, India. All our sarees are shipped from Odisha.
